FREE 5-Day Challenge focusing on the main drivers to tighter glutes and a flat & shapely core that you’ll be proud to show off to yourself and pool-side.  

HOW THE CHALLENGE WORKS:

  • Over the course of 5 days we’ll be going into the Glute & Core muscle make-up, talk activation/mobility exercises and complete 4 different workouts focusing mainly on those 2 muscle groups. The goal is to learn how to feel the respective muscles first so that you ‘ll have the greatest results actually performing the moves. The workouts require a gym preferably but can also be performed with dumbbells from home at first. 
  • This is an INSTAGRAM Challenge! So you’ll need to sign up for a free account. You will “check in” each day via Instagram, using a photo (can be a cute selfie, a quote, a video of you working out, you and a friend,  something that inspired you, really whatever). YOU WILL HASHTAG ALL POSTS using “#Rear2CoreChallenge” and also which DAY of the challenge it is for you. (i.e. the description might be “Just felt my right glute muscle for the first time eva!  – thanks @surrenderfit! I loved the informative & challenging workout! #Rear2CoreChallenge #Day1” 
  • In order to complete the challenge, you must complete the workouts from Day 1 through 5. Don’t be fooled, by the end of this you might need a cushion on your chair. 🙂  HEY, after all it’s a “challenge” but I promise you the workouts won’t be longer than 20-60 Minutes depending on the day. 
  • I’ll provide the exact workouts via email. On Sunday May 16th, you’ll receive the 5-DAY REAR2CORE CHALLENGE Blueprint with everything you need.  The challenge is broken down in Day 1: Mobility/Activation, Day 2: Glutes Strength, Day 3: Deep Core, Day 4: Glutes Light Band Workout and Day 5: Core & Booty Tabata Workout.

Hey there, I am Luisa Founder of Surrender Fitness! 

I am so pumped to have you in this #Rear2Core FREE challenge! I am super excited to help you find clarity, learn new ideas & specific moves all  while working your BUTT off (LITERALLY!) 

My personal exercise philosophy focuses on movement specific 7-step warm-ups, the muscle-mind connection during each session and lifting fundamentals.  I personally prefer not being in the gym more than 1 hour BUT when I am there I attempt to be ALL in baby!  Exercise is supposed to be goal specific and fun! 

During the 10+ years in the fitness industry, I noticed that so many people struggle with following through on their healtn & fitness commitments.  I see my old self in that a bit and I know that all it requires is some Faith, a great Team to work with and a willing spirit.  That’s where I come in as your ultimate accountability partner. The #Rear2Core Challenge is something I have wanted to offer for a while because I have been working on my rear myself for a bit and feel the need to pass on what I have learned. Its more FUN to do it together!!
